No. You pay once and we never charge you again, so there is nothing to cancel. You still get your credit refill every month you paid for, so a 12-month plan refills 12 times. When the last month ends, Premium just stops unless you extend it.

Premium includes a monthly credit grant, refilled automatically on the same day each month for the length of your plan. Credits you top up separately never expire.
