Prohibited Content Policy

This Prohibited Content Policy defines content and conduct that is never permitted on HoneyPot, whether you submit it as a prompt, configure it into a Honey, generate it from a Honey, or post it anywhere on the Services.

Violating this Policy may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any unused credits or subscription period, and, for the most serious categories, reporting to law enforcement.

1. Absolutely Prohibited (Zero-Tolerance)

The following content is strictly forbidden under any circumstance, including as fiction, parody, art, satire, or "what-if" exploration:

Minors (anyone under 18 or who is depicted as under 18):

• Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM") of any kind, real or AI-generated
• Sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or content that ages-down adult characters
• Grooming, sexual extortion, or any sexualized interaction with a minor character
• Any attempt to bypass age filters by describing an adult as a child or vice versa
• Roleplaying scenarios that frame a participant as a minor

Real, identifiable people without consent:

• Sexual or suggestive depictions of any real, named, public, or identifiable person without their verifiable consent
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn, deepfakes of real people)
• Likeness impersonation that creates a deceptive resemblance to a real person

Violence and harm:

• Bestiality, necrophilia, or sexual content involving animals or corpses
• Content depicting rape, sexual assault, sexual slavery, or non-consensual sexual acts framed positively
• Glorification, instructions, or "how-to" content for terrorism, mass violence, weapons of mass destruction, or attacks on critical infrastructure
• Content that glorifies, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Threats of violence against any person or group

Trafficking and exploitation:

• Promotion, facilitation, or normalization of human trafficking, sex trafficking, or modern slavery
• Any content connected to prostitution that takes place outside legal frameworks
• Sexual content involving incest between participants any of whom is under 18 (also a minor-content violation)

Illegal acts:

• Promotion or facilitation of the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or other illegal items
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property (without permission)
• Content used to impersonate or defraud another person

2. Restricted: Allowed Only Within Strict Limits

The following content is allowed only when it satisfies every condition below; we may still remove it at our discretion if context suggests harm.

Adult sexual content involving fictional adult characters is the core use case of HoneyPot and is permitted, provided:

• Every depicted character is unambiguously 18+ years old
• All depicted activity between adult characters is consensual within the fiction
• No real person is depicted without consent
• No element falls into the absolutely-prohibited categories above

Discussion of sensitive real-world topics (politics, war, religion, mental health) is permitted in informational or supportive contexts but is forbidden when it crosses into hate speech, harassment, or incitement.

3. Hate Speech and Harassment

You may not submit, generate, or post content that demeans, threatens, dehumanizes, or incites violence or discrimination against any person or group based on:

• Race, ethnicity, or national origin
• Religion or absence of religion
• Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
• Age, disability, or medical condition
• Immigration status, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic

Slurs and dehumanizing language directed at protected groups are not permitted regardless of context.

4. Privacy Violations

You may not submit content that:

• Contains another person's private information (address, phone number, financial details, government IDs) without their consent
• Constitutes stalking, doxxing, or unwanted surveillance
• Exposes private communications you don't have a right to share

5. Platform Abuse

You may not:

• Use the Services to generate spam, mass solicitations, phishing content, or scam material
• Attempt to bypass our content filters via prompt injection, jailbreak prompts, or any "ignore previous instructions" pattern
• Use the Services to develop a competing AI service, including scraping our outputs for training data
• Resell, lease, or sublicense access to the Services
• Operate multiple accounts to evade an enforcement action

6. Enforcement

We use a combination of automated content filters (proprietary LLM moderation + classifier ensembles), pre- and post-screening reviews, and human moderator review for flagged or reported content. See the Content Moderation Policy and the Pre-Screening and Post-Screening Policy for details.

Confirmed violations of the absolutely-prohibited categories above result in immediate account termination and, for legally reportable content (CSAM, threats of imminent harm), referral to law enforcement and the relevant child-safety hotlines (NCMEC for U.S.-jurisdiction cases).

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this Policy, report it to support@honeypot.com with:

• The URL or location of the content (Honey ID, chat conversation, etc.)
• A description of why the content violates this Policy
• Any supporting evidence (screenshots are useful)

We treat reports involving minors or imminent harm as highest priority.
