Sex Trafficking Policy

HoneyPot ("HoneyPot," "we," "our," or "us") maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, the sexual exploitation of children, and any related conduct on honeypot.com.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to every aspect of the Services: user accounts, AI Companions ("Honeys"), prompts, generations, and any communication with us. It incorporates the Prohibited Content Policy and the Underage Policy.

It is informed by:

• 18 U.S.C. § 1591 (Sex Trafficking)
• 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (Mandatory Reporting of Child Exploitation)
• The Trafficking Victims Protection Act and its reauthorizations
• The EU Anti-Trafficking Directive (2011/36/EU)
• The UK Modern Slavery Act 2015
• The UN Palermo Protocol
• Equivalent laws in other jurisdictions where the Services are offered

2. Prohibited Activity

Any of the following is strictly forbidden on the Services and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, evidence preservation, and reporting to law enforcement and the relevant national hotlines:

• Promotion, facilitation, or normalization of human trafficking, sex trafficking, or modern slavery in any form
• Any content involving the sexual exploitation of children (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, or "ageplay" sexualizing minors
• Recruitment, advertisement, or coercion of any person into prostitution or sex work, whether in fiction or in reality
• Content depicting or instructing kidnapping, captivity, debt bondage, or coerced sexual servitude framed positively or instructively
• Any use of the Services to communicate with, transport, harbor, recruit, entice, or obtain a person knowing or recklessly disregarding that they will be subject to sex trafficking
• Solicitation of real-world meet-ups, paid sex acts, or any conduct outside the AI-companion fiction
• Sharing real-world identifying details of victims or alleged victims of trafficking
• Operating the Services as a front for traffickers, escorts, or other commercial sex operations
• Coordinating travel, lodging, or financial logistics related to any of the above

3. Reporting and Cooperation

We comply with mandatory-reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and equivalent national laws. When we identify or are informed of apparent trafficking-related activity we:

1. Preserve relevant content, metadata, IP logs, and payment records as required by law
2. Report to NCMEC (report.cybertip.org) for U.S.-jurisdiction child exploitation matters
3. Report to applicable national authorities and trafficking hotlines for non-U.S. jurisdictions, including the National Human Trafficking Hotline (U.S.: 1-888-373-7888) and the UK Modern Slavery Helpline (08000 121 700)
4. Cooperate with lawful investigations, search warrants, subpoenas, and MLAT requests

4. Detection

We detect trafficking-related conduct through:

• Pre-screening of every prompt, Honey configuration, and uploaded media file
• Post-screening of generations and public content
• Hash matching of uploaded media against CSAM and trafficking-related image databases (NCMEC PhotoDNA, IWF, and equivalent)
• Behavioral signals: patterns associated with grooming, recruitment, or coercion
• User reports sent to support@honeypot.com
• Law-enforcement leads received through formal channels
• Vendor screening of payment flows, sanctions lists, and known-bad indicators (see AML / Anti-Fraud Policy)

5. Survivor-First Posture

If you are or have been a victim of trafficking, or you know someone who is:

• Trust your instincts and reach out to a hotline near you. In the U.S. you can text "HELP" or "INFO" to 233733 (BeFree) or call 1-888-373-7888 to reach the National Human Trafficking Hotline. In the UK call 08000 121 700. Other regions: see polarisproject.org for international hotlines
• If you found a profile, conversation, or any other content on HoneyPot that you believe is connected to trafficking, write to support@honeypot.com; we'll treat your message as P0 priority (see Complaint Policy)
• We will not retaliate against anyone who reports suspected trafficking in good faith

6. Training and Internal Controls

Personnel involved in moderation, trust & safety, customer support, and engineering of features that interact with payments or media receive trafficking-awareness training appropriate to their role. Access to investigation materials is on a least-privilege basis and logged.

7. Audit and Public Reporting

We periodically audit our trafficking-prevention practices through internal review and third-party assessment. Summary statistics on trafficking-related actions and reports are included in our public transparency reporting (see Content Moderation Policy § 6).

8. Continuous Improvement

We continuously update our classifiers, hash databases, and reviewer guidelines as new patterns emerge. We participate in industry safety coalitions and share threat intelligence with hotlines and law-enforcement partners where appropriate.
