Underage Policy

HoneyPot is committed to ensuring that honeypot.com (the "Services") is used responsibly and lawfully by users who meet the legal age requirements. The Services include AI-generated adult content and are intended for registered users 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher).

This Underage Policy is provided by OCAI LTD ("HoneyPot," "we," "our," or "us") and applies in addition to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Prohibited Content Policy.

1. Age Gate at Registration

At registration, every user is presented with an explicit age gate and must confirm both that they are 18+ and that they want to access adult content. False declarations are a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination.

Where required by applicable law, payment partner policy, or our internal risk assessment, we may apply additional age- or identity-verification measures, including:

• Government-issued ID checks via trusted third-party verification providers
• Facial or biometric age estimation
• Other verification methods approved for the user's jurisdiction

Verification requirements vary by region and are updated as regulations evolve. You are responsible for ensuring your access to the Services complies with the laws of your country of residence.

2. Strict Prohibition of Minor Content

We categorically prohibit any content involving minors. This applies to user prompts, Honey configurations, uploaded media, and AI-generated output. Prohibited categories include, without limitation:

• Sexual or sexualized content depicting anyone who is under 18 or appears to be under 18
• Content that ages-down adult characters or implies a minor where the depiction is sexual
• Grooming scenarios, sexual extortion, or any sexualized interaction with a minor character
• Roleplaying where a participant is described as a minor or where minor-related elements are introduced
• Uploaded reference imagery that depicts a minor in any capacity that could be sexualized
• Any attempt to bypass content filters to generate content that resembles a minor

Violations are detected via our layered moderation stack (see Content Moderation Policy) and trigger immediate account termination, content quarantine, and, for apparent child sexual abuse material, mandatory reporting to NCMEC and applicable law enforcement under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and equivalent local laws.

3. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the AI Companions ("Honeys") you create or configure. The Services do not control or endorse user-submitted content. You agree to use the Services only in ways that comply with applicable law and our policies, in particular the Prohibited Content Policy.

4. Reporting Suspected Underage Use or Content

If you suspect:

• A user of the Services is under 18
• Content on the Services depicts a minor
• Someone is using our Services to engage with a minor or to generate content resembling a minor

Report it immediately to support@honeypot.com with as much detail as you can provide (username, Honey ID, conversation context, screenshots). We treat these reports as the highest priority and review within 24 hours.

For mandatory legal reporting to U.S. authorities, child sexual abuse material is reported by us to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org. Equivalent national child-protection authorities are used for non-U.S. jurisdictions.

5. Discovery of an Underage User

If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 18, we:

1. Immediately terminate the account
2. Delete the user's content and personal information to the extent required by applicable law (COPPA in the U.S., the UK Children Code, GDPR's heightened protections for children, etc.), while preserving any data required by law-enforcement obligations
3. Investigate whether the account had access to or interacted with adult content and report to authorities as required

6. Parental Controls

We encourage parents and guardians to use device-level parental controls, content filters, and OS-level "Screen Time" / "Family Link" / equivalent restrictions to prevent minors from accessing adult platforms. HoneyPot supports the RTA ("Restricted To Adults") meta tag, which compatible filters use to block our site for minor users.

7. Continuous Improvement

We continuously review our age-verification practices, content classifiers, and reporting workflows. The Content Moderation Policy describes our broader moderation program of which this Policy is a part.
