Agreement for earning from Honeys you create

Creator Program Terms

Last modified September 17, 2026

These Creator Program Terms (the "Creator Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Creator," "you," "your") and OCAI LTD ("HoneyPot," "we," "our," or "us") governing what you earn when other users spend on a Honey you created.

By publishing a Honey you agree to these Creator Terms together with the Terms of Service and every other policy under `/terms/*`. A plain-language summary of everything below, with the live figures, is published at honeypot.com/creator-earnings.

1. Eligibility

To earn through the Creator Program you must:

  • Have a registered HoneyPot account in good standing
  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country of residence)
  • Have at least one Honey that has passed review and is published

Every account is enrolled automatically; there is no application. A Honey earns nothing until it has been approved, and earns nothing while it is hidden, rejected, or deactivated.

2. What Earns

You earn a share of the credits other users spend on your approved Honeys — images, videos, voice minutes, and chat media or messages charged beyond the included allowance. The share is shown in the app and on the summary page, and it is credited at the moment the spend happens: there is no threshold, no monthly cycle and no approval step between the spend and the earning.

What does not earn:

  • Your own spending on your own Honeys. Generating on a Honey you created pays you nothing. This is deliberate: without it, a creator could pay themselves in a circle.
  • The platform's own Honeys. Honeys published by HoneyPot rather than by a user have no creator to pay.
  • Creating a Honey. Creation costs credits and earns nothing by itself. Earnings come from other people using what you made.
  • Spending from linked accounts. Where a spender and a creator are identified as the same person or as hard-linked accounts, the share is credited as spendable credits only and never becomes withdrawable. See the AML / Anti-Fraud Policy.

3. Two Forms of Earning

This is the most important term in this document. Your share always arrives in full. The form it arrives in depends on how the person spending obtained their credits.

  • Withdrawable. When someone spends credits that were bought with money — a credit purchase, or the portion of a subscription that the payment covers at the standard credit rate — your share is credited to your withdrawable balance and may be paid out under section 4.
  • Spendable only. When someone spends credits that were given rather than sold — signup bonuses, daily spin or prize winnings, milestone and referral rewards, promotional bonus credits, and the discounted portion of a subscription — your share is credited as ordinary HoneyPot credits. You may spend them anywhere in the Services. They cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.

The reason is that we can only pay out cash that came in as cash: a credit nobody paid for carries no money to distribute. Rather than pay a smaller percentage on those spends, we credit the full share in a form you can use.

Your dashboard shows both figures separately, so the amount you can cash out is never implied by the amount you have earned.

4. Payouts

Withdrawable credits are paid out on the same terms as affiliate earnings, and from the same balance:

  • Cryptocurrency (USDT) to a wallet address you provide, at the withdrawal rate shown on your dashboard at the time of the request. You bear any network fees.
  • Or convert to spendable credits with a bonus on the converted amount, giving up the right to cash out the converted portion.

The current minimum withdrawal, conversion bonus, cooling-off hold and identity-verification threshold are stated in the Affiliate Terms & Conditions section 3 and apply identically here. You are solely responsible for any tax owed on Program earnings.

5. Your Honey, and What We May Do With It

Ownership of a Honey you create is governed by the Terms of Service. Publishing one to the community grants us the licence described there so other users can interact with it and so we can promote the Services.

We may remove, hide, or deactivate a Honey that violates the Prohibited Content Policy or any other policy, at any time and without notice where the violation is serious. A removed Honey stops earning from the moment it is removed. Earnings already credited to your withdrawable balance are not clawed back unless they arose from fraud, a reversed payment, or a breach of these Creator Terms — see section 7 of the Affiliate Terms & Conditions, which applies here in the same way.

6. Changes

We may change the share percentage, the withdrawal rate, the payout thresholds, or the rules in section 3. Changes are announced before they take effect and apply to future earnings only. Credits already in your withdrawable balance stay withdrawable whatever changes afterwards.

7. Termination

You may stop participating at any time by unpublishing your Honeys. We may remove an account from the Creator Program for a breach of these Creator Terms, the Terms of Service, or the AML / Anti-Fraud Policy. Removal does not by itself forfeit a withdrawable balance that was earned in good faith.
