Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement formed between you and HoneyPot ("HoneyPot," "Company," "we," or "us"). They cover the website available at honeypot.com (the "Website") and related services (the "Services").

Merchant of record. The Services are operated and sold by the operator of HoneyPot, which is the merchant of record for every purchase made on honeypot.com and the party that appears on your payment statement. For the operator's registered name and address, or any billing question, write to support@honeypot.com.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read them carefully, because they include important information about your legal rights. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't understand or agree, please don't use the Services.

In these Terms, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, "you" includes you and that entity, and you represent that you have authority to bind the entity to these Terms.

NOTE: THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes with us through binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to have those disputes decided by a judge or jury, and you waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions. You may opt out as explained below.

Eligibility

The Services include AI-generated adult content. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence (whichever is higher), to access or use the Services. By using the Services, you affirm that you meet that age requirement and that accessing adult content is legal where you live.

If we learn that anyone under 18 has registered, we will terminate the account and delete the associated data. See the Underage Policy for details.

Description of the Services

HoneyPot is a subscription and credit-based digital service. Everything we sell is a digital good delivered instantly inside your account — there are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped.

What the Services provide:

• AI companion chat. Text conversations with AI characters ("Honeys"). Each Honey has an authored personality and persistent memory of your conversation. Replies are generated by AI models and are not written by a human.
• Companion creation. A wizard that builds your own Honey (appearance, personality, voice of writing) and keeps her visual identity consistent across everything she generates.
• AI image generation. Photo-style images of a Honey, produced from a template scene or your own prompt.
• AI video generation. Short video clips of a Honey. Price varies with duration, resolution and frame rate, and the exact cost is shown before you confirm.
• Community browsing. A public roster of Honeys plus a feed of media shared by other users.
• Games. Casual credit-based games (dice, slots, wheel, crash and similar) played with credits. They are entertainment features of the platform: stakes and winnings are denominated in credits.
• Creator and affiliate programs. Optional programs that let you earn credits when other users interact with a Honey you created, or sign up through your referral link. See the Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

What we sell:

1. Premium plans — a fixed-term subscription sold for 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months. Premium raises your chat allowance, includes a monthly credit grant for the length of the term, unlocks premium media, and removes free-tier limits. The plan is prepaid for the term you choose and does not auto-renew (see the Recurring Payments & Cancellation Policy).
2. Credits — the internal unit the Services run on, bought in one-off bundles. Credits pay for image and video generation, media requests in chat, game stakes, tips and other in-app actions. The credit cost of every action is displayed in the app before you commit to it.

Free tier. You can browse, create an account, chat within a daily message allowance, and use a limited free render without paying. The current free allowances are shown in the app and may change as the Services develop.

Credits are not money. Credits are a limited licence to use features of the Services. They have no cash value, are not a deposit, are not transferable outside the Services, and purchased credits cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for money, or exchanged back into currency. The only exception is credits you earn through the creator or affiliate programs, which accumulate in a separate withdrawable balance and may be paid out under the Affiliate Terms & Conditions. Credits do not expire while your account is in good standing; they are forfeited if the account is terminated for a breach of these Terms.

Availability. The Services are provided over the internet and depend on third-party AI providers. Feature availability, model quality, generation times, allowances and credit prices may change. We may add, modify, suspend or withdraw any feature.

Prices, Payment and Billing

Prices. Current prices for Premium plans and credit bundles are displayed in the app — on the Premium page and in the recharge sheet — before you confirm a purchase. The price shown at checkout, in the stated currency, is the price you pay. Taxes, if applicable in your jurisdiction, are shown or included at checkout.

Payment methods. Payment is taken by third-party payment providers. Depending on your region these include Telegram Stars, cryptocurrency, card processing, and WeChat Pay / Alipay. We do not receive or store your full card number or wallet credentials — the provider handles the payment instrument.

Authorisation. Every purchase is a single, separately authorised transaction. We do not store payment credentials to charge you again, and no further amount is taken without a new purchase that you initiate. See the Recurring Payments & Cancellation Policy.

Delivery. Delivery is immediate and digital: Premium activates and credits land in your balance as soon as the payment provider confirms the transaction. Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge. If a payment succeeds but the goods do not appear in your account, contact support@honeypot.com and we will deliver them or refund the charge.

Refunds. Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered, subject to the exceptions and the statutory rights described in our Refund Policy.

Failed and disputed payments. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, we may remove the corresponding credits or Premium access and suspend the account pending resolution. See the AML / Anti-Fraud Policy.

Use of the Services

Registration. When you register, you must confirm that you are at least 18 and explicitly accept these Terms before an account is created. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@honeypot.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Storage and retention. We may set general practices and limits on use of the Services, including maximum retention periods for chats, characters, and generations, and maximum storage per account. We have no liability for deletion or failure to store any content. We may terminate inactive accounts.

Notifications. You consent to receive electronic notifications at the email address you provide, covering your account, security, changes to the Services, and (where permitted) marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

User Conduct

You are solely responsible for everything you submit to the Services: text messages, character descriptions, prompts, uploaded media, and any other content (collectively "User Content"). You agree not to submit User Content that:

• Infringes any intellectual property or other right of any third party
• You do not have the right to submit
• Contains malware, viruses, or any code designed to interrupt or compromise the Services
• Poses a privacy or security risk to any person
• Is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, or excessively violent
• Constitutes hate speech that demeans or promotes discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, or any other protected characteristic
• Constitutes sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor, including child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), grooming, sexual extortion, or any attempt to generate content that resembles a minor or exploits a minor's likeness
• Glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or criminal activity
• Constitutes unsolicited advertising, spam, or chain letters
• Interferes with or disrupts the Services
• Impersonates any person or entity, or appropriates someone's name or likeness without permission

You also agree not to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Services in any automated way; not to circumvent any technological protection measure; and not to reverse-engineer the Services.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating your account, and reporting to law enforcement.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your User Content. When you submit User Content, you retain whatever ownership rights you had to begin with. You grant HoneyPot a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to copy, display, transmit, store, modify, and otherwise use that content for any HoneyPot-related purpose, including operating, improving, and providing the Services. We may pass these rights along to vendors and partners under contract.

Honeys & Generations. When you create an AI character ("Honey") through the Services, you own that Honey (as between you and HoneyPot) and any text, images, audio, or video the Honey generates in response to your prompts ("Generations"). You grant HoneyPot the same broad license described above so we can let other users interact with the Honey (when you mark it Community / Public) and promote the Services.

When you interact with a Honey created by HoneyPot or by another user, you own only the Generations you elicit; the Honey itself remains owned by its creator.

HoneyPot marks. HoneyPot's name, logo, and the honeycomb / bee glyphs are trademarks of HoneyPot. Nothing in these Terms grants any license to use those marks without our prior written permission.

Third-party content. AI-generated content is unpredictable and may produce Generations that are inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. You evaluate and bear all risk associated with any Content or Generation. We do not pre-screen every Generation and we have no liability for User Content posted by other users.

Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, send a DMCA notice to support@honeypot.com containing:

• An electronic or physical signature of the rightsholder or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of where the infringing material lives on the Services
• Your contact details (address, phone, email)
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the rightsholder's behalf

A counter-notice follows the standard DMCA format and may be sent to the same address. We restore counter-notified content after 14 business days unless the original claimant files suit.

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances at our sole discretion.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may link to third-party sites and resources. HoneyPot has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Any dealings you have with third parties are between you and that party.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold HoneyPot and its officers, employees, directors, and agents harmless from any losses, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. HoneyPot expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoneyPot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses) even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all damages, losses, or causes of action will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid HoneyPot in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limitations. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use.

Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration

Read this section carefully. It affects your rights.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your relationship with HoneyPot will be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that you may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

Class action waiver. You and HoneyPot agree that each of us may bring claims only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

Pre-arbitration notice. Before filing arbitration, send a written Notice of Dispute to support@honeypot.com describing the nature of the claim and the specific relief sought. We have 60 days to resolve it before either party may commence arbitration.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this Arbitration Agreement by sending written notice to support@honeypot.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, the email tied to your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. Opting out doesn't affect any other provision of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms or extended inactivity. We may also discontinue the Services entirely. Termination doesn't end the licenses you've granted us to your User Content.

General

Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HoneyPot regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of HoneyPot is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes not subject to arbitration go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Severability. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full force.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver.

Claim window. Any claim arising out of these Terms must be filed within one year after the claim arose or be forever barred.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign without restriction.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Material changes take effect no earlier than 14 days after posting, except for changes addressing new functionality or required by law (which take effect immediately). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
